Locally known as St. Lucie Boulevard, State Road 608 is a 3.2-mile (5.1 km) long east–west street serving extreme northern Fort Pierce in St. Lucie County, Florida. Its current western terminus is an intersection with Keen Road (St. Lucie County Road 611) near the Harmony Heights and Green Acres subdevelopments; the eastern terminus is an intersection with US 1 (SR 5), one block west of Dixie Highway (former SR 605) in the Hunt Subdivision. Originally, SR 608 extended westward another 1.0-mile (1.6 km), terminating at Kings Highway (SR 713), a heavily-used two lane road connecting Florida's Turnpike (SR 91) with US 1.
Currently, SR 608 serves the St. Lucie County Airport.
